THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR, UNIVERSITY OF MAIDUGURI CONTINUES TO TRAIN ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

The office of the Registrar, University of Maiduguri, has sustained its commitment to improving administrative efficiency and service delivery through continuous training programmes for the Administrative Staff of the University.
This initiative is part of the Vice Chancellor's broader strategic efforts of improving institutional performance and ensuring that staff are fully equipped to meet the demands of present administration.
The one day In-house training programme, which took place at the Elkenemi Hall, University of Maiduguri, was attended by Administrative Assistants, Administrative Officers, and Assistants Registrars. The administrative staff of Counselling and Human Development Centre (CHDC) were also part of the training.
The participants express appreciation for the opportunity given to them to improve their skills and enhance their capabilities. According to them, the training has boosted their morale and increased job satisfaction due to opportunities for personal growth and development.
The University, through the proactive efforts of the office of the Registrar, continues to demonstrate strong commitment to institutional growth by investing in the professional development of its administrative workforce. These ongoing training efforts not only support the University's operational goals but also prepare staff for leadership and decision-making roles within the University system.
The training was facilitated by Mr Saidu Garba, a Deputy Registrar and Mr Madu Ndirmbula, the former Director of Human Resources, who are both experienced University Administrators.
