FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES PRESENTS STUDENTS WHO WON 2nd PLACE AT CHARTERED INSTITUTION OF NIGERIA INTER-UNIVERSITY QUIZ COMPETITION
The Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Maiduguri, has presented three students who represented the institution at the Chartered Institution of Nigeria’s Inter-University Competition, where they emerged as second-place winners.
Professor Shehu Liberty, the outgoing Dean of Management Sciences, formally presented the students to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Central Administration), Professor Babagana Bako, who received them on Thursday 18th September 2025 at the Muhammadu Buhari Annex Chamber.
Prof. Bako praised the students for their performance, describing them as worthy ambassadors who have brought pride to the university.
He then presented Awards, certificates, and prizes to the students.
The 400-level students who participated in the competition are:
Jonathan Ileboh – Department of Business Administration
Olajumoke Alarap – Department of Accounting
Bashir Muhammed Abdullahi – Department of Banking and Finance
