The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele, has commended Capital Investment Nigeria Limited for its generous offer to construct 1,000 three-bedroom flats for the institution, aimed at alleviating the challenge of staff accommodation.
He made the commendation when the members of the Capital Investment Nigeria Limited visited him in his office at the Muhammadu Buhari Senate Building on Friday, 8th August, 2025.

In his remarks, the President of Capital Investment Nigeria Limited, Mr. Joshua J.
