University of Maiduguri Enhances Administrative Staff Capacity with In-House Training

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of junior administrative staff, the Office of the Registrar, University of Maiduguri, organized a one-day in-house training programme for additional staff in the Faculty of Engineering.

The training aimed to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, and familiarize participants with university policies and administrative procedures. Key focus areas included minute-taking, memorandum drafting, and report writing.

Held at the Faculty Board Room, Faculty of Engineering, the session was facilitated by seasoned university administrators, Mr. Madu Ndirmbula, former Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Saidu Garba, Deputy Registrar.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to enhance their administrative skills, emphasizing the relevance of the training to their daily responsibilities and its positive impact on their overall efficiency.
