UNIMAID RECEIVES DELEGATION FROM ABU ON INTERIM JOINT MATRICULATION BOARD 

The Vice Chancellor, University of Maiduguri, Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele Received a delegation from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria for an accreditation exercise on an affiliated programme, Interim Joint Matriculation Board  (IJMB)  on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 at the Muhammadu Buhari Senate Building.

While welcoming the delegation, Professor Mele called on the team to maintain high standards of professionalism in accrediting the program. He further reiterated the University's commitment to ensure the success of the accreditation exercise and urged the IJMB team to share any suggestions or recommendations that will enhance the quality and standards of the program.

The team proceeded to the Remedial Department where the program is domiciled for the accreditation exercise. On his part, the team leader, Professor A. O Oyewale commended the University of Maiduguri management for its hospitality and assured the University that the team would provide necessary guidance to improve the progamme.
